Glad we stayed here, had lovely 2 days. Hosts were helpful, even gave us room with great facilities.

a nice size and well-equipped room, a couch, a lounge area, and a kitchenette were provided. its location was magnificent - a minute walk from piazza bra. food for breakfast was good. easy check-in was appreciated.

Our family of five had a fantastic stay in the spacious two-bedroom flat. The location was ideal, right in the heart of the old city, with everything just a few minutes' walk away. The staff were incredibly helpful and quickly resolved any issues that arose. The unique feature of the flat being up in the eaves provided a charming setting, with swifts flying past our windows. We would definitely stay here again for a long weekend without hesitation.

I received great recommendations from the host for bars and clubs, which made my experience even more enjoyable. The staff was kind and helpful, and the heating in the apartment was satisfactory during my stay in January. I highly recommend this place for its great location and helpful staff.

I recently stayed at Italianflat in the heart of Verona for a few nights and it was a fantastic experience. The location was unbeatable, with the Arena, shops, restaurants, and sights all just a short walk away. The apartment itself was stunning, with spacious rooms, high ceilings, and a beautiful decor. It was also incredibly clean, aside from the floor. The two bathrooms were a pleasant surprise, and the comfortable beds and ample bedding and towels made our stay even more enjoyable. Despite being centrally located, the area was fairly quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The staff members were kind and helpful, ensuring that our needs were met throughout our stay. I had a wonderful time at Italianflat and would highly recommend it to others.

Great location in the heart of the city, allowing us to easily explore all the attractions on foot. the apartment was spacious with high ceilings and comfortable beds. the two bathrooms were a nice bonus, providing convenience for our group.

The cleanliness of the apartment could have been improved upon arrival, with dust and dirt in some areas, as well as broken toilet seats and shower drain. the kitchen facilities were minimal and not properly maintained.

The apartment at Italianflat - Palazzo Rizzardi exceeded my expectations. It was spacious, comfortable, and filled with natural light. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to the historic city center and the stunning Roman arena. I also appreciated the elevator access, making it convenient for me and my luggage.

Drawback: Unfortunately, the apartment lacked air conditioning, which made it uncomfortable during the heatwave. However, I managed to make the best of it by purchasing a fan for the bedroom.
